A partner in the law firm, Mr. Goldberg earned an undergraduate degree in 1987 from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, and a law degree in 1992 from Capital University Law School.
Mr. Goldberg was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1992 and to the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio in 1993.
A member of the Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations, Mr. Goldberg is active in the Columbus Bar Association's Family Relations Law, Business Tax and Common Pleas Committees. He is an experienced attorney whose practice areas include state court receiverships, family relations law, business and personal insolvency advice, business formation and planning and general civil litigation.
Since 2005, Mr. Goldberg has been an Ohio State Bar Association Certified Family Relations Law Specialist and continues to have significant involvement in divorce, custody, and child support litigation.
Mr. Goldberg takes a personal interest in his client's cases and provides aggressive, yet caring representation.
